1. Purpose of Collection and Use

SHINSI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") collects and uses minimum personal information for the following purposes related to the Innertel service:

• User identification and authentication (SMS-based OTP)
• Provision of VoIP calling services and call-quality management
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Prevention of service abuse and response to security incidents

2. Information Collected

• Required: Mobile phone number, SIP account information, device identifier
• Automatically collected: Access IP address, access time, call metadata (caller/callee numbers, call start/end times)

The Company does not record or store voice content of calls. Only metadata is processed for call-quality analysis and abuse prevention.

3. Retention Period

Personal information is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal or service termination, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g., the Korean Telecommunications Privacy Act).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company does not disclose user information to third parties as a general rule, except (a) with prior user consent, or (b) where required by law or by a legitimate request from law enforcement authorities.

5. User Rights

Users may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal information. The Company will respond without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.
