본 약관은 (주)신시(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Innertel 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
회사는 다음의 서비스를 제공합니다.
이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 서비스의 안정적 운영을 위하여 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다. 다만 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 부득이한 경우 사후 공지할 수 있습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 통신망 장애, 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 손해배상 범위는 관련 법령에서 정한 한도를 따릅니다.
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 회사 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Innertel service ("Service") provided by SHINSI Co., Ltd. ("Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.
The Company provides SIP-standard VoIP calling services, web and mobile softphone clients, ancillary features (call history, missed-call notifications, etc.), and customer support.
Users shall not (a) impersonate others or register with false information, (b) use the Service for unlawful communications, fraud, or spam, (c) interfere with the stable operation of the Service, or (d) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
The Company may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for reasonable operational reasons with prior notice. In cases of force majeure or unavoidable technical failures, notice may be given retrospectively.
The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or causes attributable to the user. The Company's liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
